KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and grow the existing book of business by building strong relationships with current clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Baltimore area to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate contracts, present proposals, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support the overall success of the business.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback for senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in the wastepaper recycling industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A team-player attitude, with the willingness to assist in other internal operations as needed.
