THE ROLE
We are seeking a Chief of Staff is a pivotal leadership role responsible for supporting the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in the execution of the company’s growth strategy and the direct management of high-priority projects and programs, ion order to provide smooth communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development. The incumbent of the role will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic, operational, and fiscal initiatives across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO, in order to facilitate effective decision-making and coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
More specifically: Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist the CEO and the executive team in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor progress and performance of strategic projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of key programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Develop program roadmaps, manage timelines, and allocate resources to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
- Collaborating with the Capital Projects Manager, implement best practices in program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Post-merger Integration: Lead and manage integration activities following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a seamless transition and realization of synergies.
- Develop detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of organizational strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience working with senior management, including experience in program management and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
