KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and grow the existing book of business by building strong relationships with current clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Baltimore area to expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate contracts, present proposals, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support the overall success of the business.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback for senior management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales account management.
- Experience in the wastepaper recycling industry is highly preferred.
- Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the printing industry is also acceptable.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A team-player attitude, with the willingness to assist in other internal operations as needed.
