THE ROLE
The supply chain analyst will work independently, and as part of a team, to support the purchasing and production efforts of multiple sites while assisting the sites in optimizing inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy and reducing aged/obsolete inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The supply chain analyst, reporting to the SIOP Director, to ensure the productivity of the supply chain process of Sustana.
More specifically:
- Develops modeling/tracking metrics that take our monthly SIOP process and brings it down to a weekly level so we can identify gaps (positive or negative) to the monthly plan
- Monitor/track overall inventory position to make sure they are within comprehensive inventory guideline
- Liaison to IT in the development of data collection sources/methods and Power BI reporting to improve data analytics that support sound business decisions in a multi-site environment
- Supports production managers at multiple sites to help ensure best in class customer service levels
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, commerce, administration
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position
- Needs end to end supply chain experience
- experience in planning, inventory & replenishment management, procurement & procurement analytics.
- Knows ERP systems
- Needs to build reporting metrics to track changes across multiple sites in the current month. This can be done with spreadsheets or via Power BI
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Certification with ASCM, ISM or IBF (desired but not required)
- Bilingual French and English
- Decisive in instances of ambiguity
OTHER INFORMATION (IF Necessary)
The Supply chain analyst will primarily work in an office setting but may require site visits to various locations. Occasional travel may be necessary in Canada and the United States.
